Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our orders with Australia Post. Please note there are current delays within Australia Post and this may affect the delivery of your order.
Orders aim to be processed and posted within 2-3 business days, however we do strive to get them out sooner.
Once the order has been posted we take no responsibility for delays, damages or items being lost. If an order has a tracking number and is delayed, damaged or lost please lodge your complaint directly with Australia Post as we have no control of the postage system once your parcel has been lodged.
If the packaging is undamaged but the item itself is damaged please contact us immediately hello@bathshirtco.com.au to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Order number and photo are required.
Shipping Prices (excluding wholesale)
Through Australia Post we offer;
- For all orders (tracked) we offer a flat rate of $12.95 Australia-wide
- For all orders requiring express postage (tracked) we offer a flat rate of $16.95 Australia-wide
- For all International orders see price calculated at checkout (excluding North America)
- Wholesale Orders we offer a flat rate of $30.00 (Australia-wide only)
